You may submit a cancel notice in writing to Sharon@iaem.com by 11:59 p.m. EDT on October 31, 2024, to receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation processing fee.
We regret we cannot refund any fees as of November 1, 2024, because we must submit complete commitments for facilities, materials, and meals. If we do not hear from you by October 31, 2024, we will assume that you will participate based on your registration and will incur costs for you.
A cancellation confirmation will be sent acknowledging the cancellation.
Therefore, if you do not cancel, your registration fees are due even if you do not attend.
