The IAEM Scholarship Commission is seeking candidates to fill 13 positions on the commission beginning Jan. 1, 2025. Eight positions are three-year terms in the Class of 2027; one position will fill a vacancy in the Class of 2025; and four positions are standard one-year terms.
Members of the commission are selected to fill specific seat based on representation. However, any interested IAEM member is encouraged to apply, as we are looking to identify alternates to represent each category withing the Commission to fill seats should they become available mid-term. Review the Chart of Commissioner Categories with definitions to learn more about each seat.
Candidates are being sought for the following positions with terms beginning Jan. 1, 2025.

The Scholarship seeks members who are devoted the mission to of the Scholarship Program to nurture, promote, and develop disaster preparedness and resilience by furthering the education of students studying the field of emergency management, disaster management, or a related program.
