*Awards Banquet

Applicants who want to be recognized at the IAEM Annual Conference during the awards banquet on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky, must:

• Submit your initial application by August 31, 2025, and have it approved during the September review meeting;
• Pass the exam, and have it processed by IAEM Headquarters by Oct. 16, 2025; and
• Complete the awards ceremony participation survey sent to the 2025 Certification Class in October letting IAEM Headquarters know you will be attending the awards banquet at the conference.
