About IAEM-Asia

IAEM-Asia represents 30 countries, which take a widely divergent approach to emergency management. Council leaders and members want to network with emergency management professionals throughout Asia, and to take an active part in promoting disaster preparedness and resilience.

Members in IAEM-Asia are from: Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Burma/Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), Mongolia, Korea (north and south), Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
