IPCB is proud to be IAEM's first student chapter outside of North America. As a leading provider of university education in emergency management and civil protection in Portugal, we believe our chapter will contribute to the growth of IAEM Europa and will support the educational and career requirements of our students. We hope to form strong links into other Europa Universities and initiate new chapters elsewhere; particularly in the home countries of some of our non-Portuguese students.
