The 2024 IAEM-USA Election opens on Aug. 1, 2024, with each eligible voter in the IAEM- receiving an email notification from IAEM Headquarters.
Elections are being held for the 2024 IAEM-USA Council, as well as IAEM-USA Regions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,6, 8, 9, and 10.

Members are encouraged to retain the email from IAEM HQ, as it includes an individual link to the online ballot.

Candidates

Each election has its own webpage with the candidate statements.

Voting Period

• Start Date: Thursday, Aug. 1, 2024, when the emails are sent.
• End Date: Monday, Sept. 2, 2024, 5:00 p.m. EDT. The online ballot will close at that time.

How to Vote

• Eligible voters should click on the link to their individual ballot found in the email sent by IAEM HQ on Aug. 1, 2024. 
• Voting links are unique to each member who is eligible to vote and direct to the online ballot. Do not share a personal voting link.
• Votes are recorded when the SUBMIT button is hit. Changes cannot be made after submitting. Be sure that your ballot is as you want it BEFORE you click the SUBMIT button.

Privacy

Your privacy is protected when you vote in an IAEM online election. Your personal choices will not be shared with anyone and are held confidential.
