IAEM Groups

Make professional connections and gain relevant experience by engaging with IAEM groups regionally, nationally, and internationally. Each region offers mentorship and guidance for student chapters within its region. In addition to geographic groups, IAEM has networking groups, mentorship programs, and several committees and caucuses covering a wide range of topics including diversity, government affairs, climate change, critical infrastructure and business continuity, emerging technology, and many more. Start by joining the student chapter at your college or university or create a chapter if one doesn’t exist. If you’d like to join a committee, caucus, or work group, please email its leadership, and tell them how you can contribute to or learn from its important work.
