Behind the Scenes Tour of the Colorado Springs Police Department Real Time Crime Center

See a demonstration of the Colorado Springs Police Department Real Time Crime Center (RTCC), launched in January, 2024 to monitor pending and active calls for service, and prioritize the delivery of real-time information and intelligence to Police Officers. The center uses Fusus (open and unified real-time intelligence) as its RTCC platform, consolidating various resources into one web-based system. This includes multi-source public and private shared video

surveillance, drone integration, evidence requests, chats, license plate reader alerts, live streaming capabilities, specialized equipment video feeds, officer locations, and call for service data, among others. The RTCC empowers officers to make swift, informed decisions and has proven a great benefit in emergency response. Additionally, it extends support beyond routine policing to aid special operations, emergency management, disaster response information gathering, and large-scale events.
