How to Register

The IAEM-USA Healthcare Caucus Symposium is being held in conjunction with the IAEM Annual Conference. There is an additional fee of $100 to participate in this pre-conference event.

Follow these step-by-step instructions to register.

1. Click Here
2. Click the Register button
3. Log in (if you forgot your username or password, there is a button to retrieve it)
4. Click the button – I’m registering myself
5. Complete the information on page one
6. In step 2 – SELECT – the registration type. You can register for the full conference (preferred) as a member or non-member, Day Rates are available for main conference days, or select PreConf, if you only plan to attend the symposium and NOT attend the IAEM Annual Conference.
7. Under functions, select Healthcare Caucus Symposium. It is listed under the Sunday, Nov. 17 header.
8. Deselect any functions you do not plan to attend (such as Welcome Party, Networking Lunch, Breakfasts, etc.)
9. Add optional donation to the IAEM Scholarship Program.
10. Review and accept the IAEM policies.
11. Add the attendee to the Cart (button at the bottom of the screen).
12. Review the cart and click Go to Cart.
13. On next screen, click Checkout.
14. Complete your registration by paying by credit card, using paypay, or choosing to pay by check
