Member Early Bird (Register by June 13)  $200
IAEM Student Member Early Bird (Register by June 13) $125
Non-member Early Bird (Register by June 13)   $300
Member Registration (After June 13) $300
Student Registration (After June 13)   $175
Non-member Registration (After June 13)     $400

Registration Deadline
Online registration deadline is Friday, August 1, 2025. In order to lock in your registration rate, you must complete an online registration form and obtain a registration number. Late and onsite registration is not available.

Fee Policy
Payment is due at the time of registration. The early bird registration deadline is Friday, June 13, 2025, for registrations received by IAEM headquarters. Registration fees increase on June 14. Lunch is included in the registration fee for both Aug. 12 and 13.

Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations received before Aug. 1, 2025, will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be offered after Aug. 1, 2025.
