Payment is due at the time of registration. The Early Bird registration deadline is Saturday, April 30, 2023, for registrations received by IAEM headquarters. Registration fees increase as of May 1, 2023.

The online registration deadline is June 28, 2023. Onsite registration will be available. In order to lock in your registration rate, you must complete an online registration form and obtain a registration number. Otherwise, your registration fee will be based on the date you register online with IAEM Headquarters.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations received prior to May 1, 2023, will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. No cancellations will be accepted after June 1.

AEM / CEM Certification Examination Participation

An additional fee is required to sit for the exam. Learn how to apply for the exam.
